Not a good appetite supressant

If you are looking for something that will assist in starving yourself to death, THIS IS NOT IT. I like it b/c it is good for getting your heart rate going. I like to take it about 15 minutes before a good workout (I find if you wait too long it wears off a bit too much for my taste). It gives me an extra "umph" to push through a hardcore workout that I would normally punk out on. lol..... What would normally give me a HR of about 150-160, gives me a HR of 170-190 when I take Clenbutrx. There have been a few times I have thought I was gonna barf up my innards from the taste, the thought alone is enough to kick your gag reflex in high gear, but I found that if you take the "Smarty Pants" adult gummy multi-vitamin (and no I am not trying to up-sell for anyone) it will erase the taste right out of your mouth. You can get those here on Amazon also, I accidentally bought those for myself thinking I was buying gummies for my son but it turns out that I am quite GLAD that I did that given that it eliminates that nasty taste from the Clenbutrx. It's a good product overall b/c to make a REAL change in yourself you cannot starve yourself, you have to learn to eat right so anything that takes away your appetite is CRAP...Clenbutrx just ups the heart rate and gives you energy for a nice long workout, and IMO does not make you jittery for too long either. I love it. Just don't love the taste. AT ALL! lol

Fast acting

In love this stuff. It claims to be the fastest acting fat burner on the market. It certainly is the fastest acting product of the market -- this stuff hits you immediately. As far as burning fat, it probably works about as good as any other. And by that I mean not at all. I believe 'fat burners' are kind of a hoax. If you want to burn fat, fix your diet and so some high intensity training. That being said, I order this stuff all the time and when I wake up at 4 am I sure an glad I have some in my medicine cabinet.
