For the study, they followed a group of 16 adults who supplemented with green coffee bean for only 12 weeks. The results were promising. Chlorogenic acid is a natural active compound found in the green coffee bean. This very important ingredient does two things to help with your weight management. It boosts the metabolism so you can "burn" more body fat and inhibits the release of glucose in the body.
Unfortunately you won't have these benefits by just drinking a cup of coffee. The process of roasting the coffee beans, removes the chlorogenic acid which is the ingredient that helps with boosting the metabolism.

I've being struggling with my weight since I was in high school. During the last 5 years I have noticed that even when I was working out regularly and controlling my eating, I wasn't losing weight at all. Don't get me wrong I like working out. However, what I don't really like is working out without obtaining the desired results. Just saying!! One day after finishing my workout at my local gym (with a personal trainer mind you), I explained to him how sad I was feeling about busting my ass at the gym 4 times a week without seeing that much of a result. He took me inside his little cubicle at the gym, grabbed a piece of paper and wrote down this product's name and said that this product was an all natural weight loss supplement that could really help me. I figured I had nothing to lose since I had already been working out AND trying to watch my diet with poor results. So I ordered this product online after doing a ton of research on Green Coffee Bean Extract. I'm someone who really likes to follow the directions with things, so I tried to understand how and why the product works and what I needed to do to see results. Since I started using this product, I've lost 14 pounds and counting! It may not seem like a lot, but for me it's HUGE as my weight has been stuck in the same range forever it seems like, regardless of what I tried to do. I think the reason this product has taken my weight loss to the next level can be explained by two things: one they give you energy so I felt way more energetic and active (which probably somehow affects metabolism too) and two, if you take them exactly like you are supposed to 30 minutes before meals (and drink at least a glass of water) then they make you feel full so you won't eat as much at that meal. To me the second part is the key, because even though I watch what I eat, I still have issues with self control with my eating and portions sometimes because I just LOVE food, lol. I think this product can definitely help anyone because of what I've mentioned, as long as they are serious and putting effort into their weight loss. It's not going to melt all of your fat away with no work or effort, but if you do put the work in this product will give you the edge to REALLY lose weight! If you are looking for quality and good results:I think this brand has the best quality you can find online. Trust me... I highly recommend this product because I'm very VERY happy with the results! I hope this can help someone out there!!!

I heard about this product on Dr. OZ. I took one capsule on the evening that I received the product. After eating a small bowl of cereal, I took the next capsule the following morning. At work I usually feel hungry and weak if I don't eat by noon. Without eating lunch I felt great and my energy level did not diminish. About 2:30 pm I had a small granola bar. After taking a second capsule l ate dinner at 6 pm. I did the same the next two days and was hooked and now it has been a week. I've lost the easiest 6lbs in my life without the pain and suffering that previous diet attempts have caused me. Dr. Oz, you are the greatest, thank you.

Good pill

I started on these and right away, I had no urge to eat other than my regular meals. You can lose weight. Just eat sensibly and make sure to take the 2nd pill in the afternoon. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks.
