It's no miracle pill, but it has worked for me

I saw Dr Oz talking about garcinia cambogia and thought I'd give it a shot. I received my first order about 2 weeks ago and started taking it as directed. I didn't immediately notice a difference the first week, but I kept taking it according to the directions. By the second week I began to notice a marked decrease in my appetite. It definitely keeps me from eating out of boredom or stress because I'm just not hungry between meals. I take 1-2 pills 30 minutes before each meal, as directed, and I take a dose late in the evening to curb those late night cravings. I lost 6.6 pounds on this the 2nd week. I'm still making sure I eat an appropriate number of calories per day and eating healthy foods. It has really helped tame (but not totally stop) the cravings; at least I'm not bombarded by constant craving like I was before. I'd recommend giving it a try. It's a small investment for something that might just work for you like it did for me. Just don't expect it to be a miracle drug... said miracle drug hasn't been invented yet, but this will be a staple in my daily diet for a long time to come.

don't waste your money

What a waste of money (and time trying to swallow these huge capsules)! I only need to lose about 15 pounds, but these capsules did NOTHING to decrease my appetite. I am only losing weight the old-fashioned way...less calories and exercise. I feel as if this is another scam...
