good product from good company

i just left a review for Forskolin from the same seller and kinda wish i had copied and pasted some things because some of my experiences with this one track the other. Like i said in the other review, i have not taken Keto for that long so I cannot give anything close to a comprehensive review but I do thing it does the sort of things you might find on wikipedia or by searching google scholar. I am in the process of getting back into shape after a protracted period of being in not so good shape. So, as far as the main claims. Metabolism: i do not know, especially since i try to eat something every 4 hours or so but, when i don't (and this has happened a lot) i do not feel fatigued and i don't get as hungry. nor sure if proponents of Keto make claims about anti-hunger properties, but again, this is just my subjective experience. Metabolism + weight loss: well i am definitely experienceing weight loss. i do a lot of cardio but have not been able to get into weights as much because i cannot get to the gym that often but, even when i'm taking in way too many calories, the trajectory has been consistently in the right direction. Is Keto helping? I don't know, but it is certainly not hurting and the metabolism/craving effect i notice is enough for me to keep giving this supplement a chance. I suppose i will update my reviews (if i can do that) as the benefits become more clear but i should also mention that i have not experienced any side effects or problems of any kind. it gets 5 stars because i like the company's attitude (in pretty much every way) and because i can at least say at this point, only after a couple weeks, that it very well may be helping to keep me motivated, exercising and losing weight...

Not Quite What I was Expecting

I have taken this product for over three months....it gave me good energy but I have not experienced the weight loss that others mentioned, perhaps my age might have something to do with it.

This was second re-order of this product, which I sought out on Amazon due to my doctor's recommendation. As a 60 year old male, my doctor has been treating me for low testosterone. Using this supplement, together with regular exercise, has now resulted in no other testosterone treatments being required. My most recent bloodwork confirmed the numbers are now where they need to be, and I give the 7-Keto 100mg DHEA product from New You Vitamins a lot of the credit. I plan to be a regular customer.
