Holy cow, that's a LOT OF CAFFEINE!

I purchased this several times from HealthMegaMall via Amazon. I always liked the pep it gave my workout. Then one day I looked a bit closer at the ingredients...Suggested serving is 3 softgels, either through the day or all at once. That serving size contains 819mg of Guarana powder extract, standardized to 22% caffeine...HOLY COW, THAT'S 180 MG OF CAFFEINE!For comparison, a can of Mt. Dew has 55mg. You just swallowed 3.27 cans of Mt. Dew in one gulp! Or an 8.2oz Red Bull which has 80mg... you just chugged 2.25 cans of Red Bull!So if you want a CLA supplement, this will work, just be aware of what else you're getting in the bargain. The amount of guarana in this puppy isn't just a "touch" of pep, it's a freaking pep-sledgehammer.Of course, if you drink 2 or more cups of coffee per day, then you probably won't even notice the caffeine in this product. ;)ALSO, your product won't have the label with the rainbow infinity symbol like it does in the current product photo (subject to change with time of course). Every LifeExtension product I've ordered has the more modern-looking label. Amazon, or the sellers, or somebody, should update the image.

i have been taking these for a few months now and have maintained my weight through the holidays so i know these have helped me. i usually only took the cla but the added sesame makes a difference, i think.
