Overall, this is a very good snack, or it's a great lunch if you add a salad. I eat lo-carb, and I also watch my fat intake. I added fat-free mozarella to the packaged pizza. It was not the greatest pizza in the world, but closest to eating pizza I've come since starting on my lo-carb diet. And it is a very satisfying and yummy alternative to the real thing.Preparation: this is kind of tricky because the dough is super-sticky! My first time prep was a bit painful, but it ended up being okay using a silicone spatula to shape the dough on the cookie sheet. I agree with the other reviewer - this thing sticks to a non-stick surface pretty badly. The second time around I sprayed not only the cookie sheet with non-stick spray, I also sprayed my hands. With my hands sprayed I was able to shape the dough into a nice round pizza, and it looked much more appealing. The sauce is delicious and has a great consistency after about 1 minute after mixing with water.This really takes care of pizza cravings if you can't or shouldn't have a real one!

This pizza was surprisingly good - but I added mozzarella and seasoned pre-cooked chicken meat. I'm particular about tomato sauces and this one is not too sweet and well herbed. If you cook this on a non-stick toaster-oven sheet, brush the sheet with a little oil. The dough will stick even to non-stick. But it is definitely satisfying - if you add cheese. Use a plastic spatula to shape the dough on your non-stick baking sheet. Everything else is easy!
