I have to be thorough with the one's of you who are looking for a magic bullet.. My product arrived on time and in good order. I have been a bit out of sorts because of the product, for, it caused extreme fatigue; vomiting and bathroom breaks!! OK, to sum it up, I was leary and really wanted to understand the seed because it brought me strange body aches and stomach aches, sort of like a throb in the pit. I had muscle pains, as well, and, overall body soreness. I can handle all of that, but, not the nausea. Well, it just so happens that, for me, this product stays active in my body for more than two or three days. Miracle. Some people might not need to take it daily.. No, it makes you feel like it is food poison.. However, I looked it up, and, voila! There it was, right there, giving me every symptom that I had experienced and more! My body aches and all! Let me tell you, this thing will work, just do some background check outside a Amazon, please. Your body MIGHT NOT NEED IT DAILY...Oh, the site tells you to eat a banana or a yogurt in the mornings and you will replenish potassium, which is why the drained feeling. I could not understand why no one wrote of that. But, I am here to tell you, look it up under SIDE EFFECTS.. The guy who gives the info is a Rafael... I am going to try again,,, I am no punk, I just do not like to feel ill. That only lasts a little while, the soreness, headache, all of it. Yet, you see the results, others see the results, on your body and in your face, immediately! My coworker told me that I was too skinny!! I have found a natural magic bullet. I am not kidding..Drink water and have bananas or yogurt in your home. Be ready for drainage feelings. You will be fine,

The nuts from India that I bought from Amazon actually works. The seeds are dry looking and they are half an inch small. The instructions say to cut them in 8 pieces,use one piece from the 8 one time a day, at night is the best time, crush it and put it in a glass with boiling water for about five minutes. The nut does not dissolve, its just in small pieces and you just swallow the whole thing with the water. the next week you can cut into 4 and drink 1 a day out of the 4 you cut. I just cut it in 4 and drink one every other day and it works. I now have a normal bowl movement finally!!! It does say that it is natural and everyone is different so please consider that and take the portions on the way it would work best for you. If you are the type to have heart burns all the time, i would not recommend it because My mom tried them but she had a heart burn and could not take it, again everyone is different and the nut does taste very bitter by the way, so drink it fast. The best part about the nuts form India, it is natural and safe. I am sure it is safe because my digestive system is very normal after taking it. I do not get stomach pain like i would with laxative, and I am able to go one to two times a day. A few months later, I lost about 10 pounds and It is still working for me. I cut it into 6 pieces and take one every three days now, because it woks up to three days. I am planning to buy more, for the rest of my life!!

Good quality always arrives on time. Helped me lose weight. I only take one fouth of the walnut in eight ounces of water every night.
