I have been using Herbalife since April 2013 and have lost 14 lbs!! I also Include 30-60 mins of exercise in my daily routine. I walk on my morning breaks and lunch breaks at work and have cut out soda and drink plenty of water. I add 1 scoop of the protein powder with 2 scoops of formula 1 vanilla shake mix. I also add ice and fresh fruit such as strawberries or blueberries. For best results I replaced breakfast and dinner with the shakes but I snack on fruit and veggies throughout the day. I still eat whatever I want but in moderate servings. Weekends are a killer and it is hard to diet when you attend social or family gatherings so I don't deprive myself of the good foods around me so I'll nibble on the foods and just have strong will power and stick back to my diet routine during the week! I will admit there will be a few days during the week that I will not drink my shakes but just don't let several days pass otherwise I will be back where I started. With everyone noticing I have lost weight It just motivates me more and more. These shakes keep you filled and satisfied. I also take Total Control in the morning. I feel great on the inside and out and YOU will too!!

I use this a couple times a day. It helps to fight the hunger cravings between meals. Only downfall is you can still taste the powder, but is better than other products I've tried! Will continue to use it:)
