healthy weight loss

I started taking these due to Dr. Oz. I really did not think they would do any good, but I'm a die hard health nut that have always taken vitamins and supplements that I thought would improve my health and longevity. By the way I'm a Registered Nurse and have been for thirty-one years, have seen a lot of sick and dying people. Needless to say it has motivated me to try and stay healthy. I'm 53yrs old and my patients tell me all the time, I don't look like it.Anyway I had a baby during menopause and have not been able to lose the weight, so I tried this and many others. I can't tell you how much time it took me to lose the weight because I did't think it was going to work I did't monitor it, I was told I was losing weight so I got on the scale and I had lose 11Lbs another 3 weeks I have lost another 10lbs total 21lbs. I know I have alot of energy and get really hot after about 20 mins after taking it,which motivate me to drink alot of water. I sure I probably would be doing even better if I was consistent with exercise and taking my supplement but my schedule sometime get in the way. Eh..so-so

I have always liked Twinlab, but this product is a big failure..at least for me it was, everybody is different and some have better experiences than others. It did not work for me because it made me feel like I was under the influence of speed (Not like I would know what that's like or anything)..It was way too intense and made me sick to my stomach a lot of the time, and felt better when I had it out of my system. I didnt see any real effects from it either..

Don't find they help weight loss much. I am a busy, busy, instructor. I'd have to add lots more activity time, but they do absolutely pick me up in the morning and in the afternoon when I am starting to fade.
