I recieved this only just a few days again. The directions say to take 1 to 2 supplements 30 minutes before a meal. Both times I have taken it was before dinner because that's the time I usually overeat. I waited the 30 mintues. And at dinner time, I noticed that I wasn't as hungry as I usually am. I also didn't overeat, so I was definitely surprised. I don't get the jitters like I do with other diet supplement which is another plus. So now that I know it can surpress my appitite, I'm going to keep trying it to see if it aids in fat burning. I will update to tell everyone know if it works in this area. I got this product free for my honest opinion. This is my opinion after receiving and testing this product.UPDATE July 21 2013- These do help control my appetite, but I do not think they contribute to any weight loss. I have not lost any weight with these but have lost some weight with other supplement. Bringing this down from 4 stars to 3 stars since it still kept my appetite down.

So I was hesitant to try these at first. The key is to be consistent. Don't take them and then forget to take them everyday. They helped me with controlling my appetite enormously! The only thing that I have to say is to keep a good diet and exercise. You can't eat a muffin with this and think you will lose weight. The hardiest part of dieting for me is to eat properly and not binge on unhealthy food. The raspberry ketones helps me when I have those urges. Invest only if you plan to invest YOUR time and energy too.
