This product ROCKS!!!!!!!! It totally deadens my appetite, to the point where I actually have to remind myself to eat. I use it with the Accelerator and am VERY happy with my results. I highly recommend giving it a try. I know with the other review we are giving completely contradictory results so, I guess it is a very individual results product.
