First of all I just want to clarify I do not sell herbalife or intend to persue you into buying this product, this is just my personal opinion. When i first bought this pills i was a bit skeptical but with summer being right around the corner i was willing to give it a try. I have to say i'm very happy! it gives me a boost of energy and is an appetite supressant, i bought the thermo-bond before buying the total control and to be honest with thermo bond i couldnt tell the difference between taking it or not i was still hungry and not at my ideal weight however, with total control i feel full at all times! even if i try really hard to crave my fav meal i still dont and it doesn't make you go to the bathroom or anything like that like other diet pills do. i've only been taking it for a week and i love it i can't wait to weight myself =)

I always buy them. I only take 2 a day with a lot of water. And I've been eating okay not completely healthy dieting. And I lose about 2 pounds a week it's great. But once I stop, I start getting it back again. If you are to take these I would recommend dieting as well and you'll see results quick and pretty easy. :)
