I've used Advocare in the past and figured I'd share the info with anyone curious.Anyone who wants to do an herbal cleanse, I HIGHLY recommend this product to any other. Other cleanse products often make you really sick or you can't stay off the toilet. With the Advocare cleanse, I almost felt like I was more "Regular" when I wasn't taking the cleanse, but when I went, it was big and healthy; no runs. I used a very very strict fruit, tuna, lean meat diet and had awesome results. I dropped weight, but that will happen with any cleanse, cleaning out your system and being on a strict diet. The product itself is like drinking wheat-like tiny slices of grass and it's very thick. It's the texture that is unpleasant, but it's totally doable.The spark product is delicious and awesome. Definitely kept me drinking water and I used it all- the fruit punch is so good. The omega-plex is just like fish oil, I would rather rave the money that use their's, but it's a package deal. Also, the meal bars are really good.Overall, their stuff tastes great and works great. It's a good program for those who want to do a diet for a month, but not be absolutely sick. I lived as normal, despite the fact I was eating frequently throughout the day & being specific to fruits, light salads with chicken, and light tuna with crackers, ect.

I'm a week and half shy of completing my 24 day challenge. After the first phase, the "Cleanse" phase, I had lost 9 lbs. I'm actually FEELING better, and regardless of the weight loss, that's enough for me! The Spark is amazing. I actually look forward to taking it..and guess what? My "energy drink" actually gives me energy ;-) I think its something worth trying for sure. I've struggled with weight my entire life, and even if I don't lose any more weight, 14 lbs lost is amazing for me, and I'm thrilled.I know different things work for different bodies. I'm not a fad dieter, so I was a skeptic about Advocare for a long time. My family members started using Advocare to jumpstart their weight loss and and engery, and after seeing all their results I decided to try it for myself. I AM LOVING ADVOCARE. It does absolutely everything it says it will but ONLY if you are 100% committed to the VERY strict diet, and you take all the products perfectly as directed. I did and I lost 4 lbs as of day 5 on the cleanse and am continuing to lose, but more importantly for me I have a sustainable amount of energy through out the day. If I feel sluggish I take a spark and eat a boiled egg and I'm good to go again for another several hours. I'm also sleeping better now and my chronic acne is clearing up(which is a big deal with you're a 30-something with continued chronic acne)!I would recommend this product to ANYONE that is willing to make a serious lifestyle change. This product is expensive and it is NOT for crash dieters. Once you go off the diet you will gain your weight back if you don't continue to eat clean and exercise. This is a boost, or a jumping point. Not a miracle drug, not a crash diet and not something that will do all the work for you. You have to keep up your end of the bargain, but it's totally worth it if you are willing to do it.
