i use for energy works great

i have used these for 6 years or more but not for wieght loss. I take them for plain old fashion energy. doesnt have any side effects on me like alot of the diet/energy pills do. i love these and never let myself run out. they dont make me hungry at all and never have in all my years taking them. i take 2 twice daily. not after 3pm

This product is just unbelievable!!!! Makes me HUNGRY like nothing else, ever,and doesn't do anything with "metabolism" at all!!!!!My husband tried, my friends are tried, (I had to make sure if it's not only me)and had the same effect on EVERYBODY!!!!!I gained 11 lbs in 3 days!!!!! This is disgusting!!!!!Some scam artist just do anything for the money!!!!So unethical, and I easily can call this as a CRIME!!!!!

Definitely works for me!

Update: After 6 weeks of using the product, all of the side effects that I've mentioned below are gone. I'm assuming my body is used to the product now. I have never, ever taken any dieting pills, energy pills or any other kind of supplements for that matter, which is probably why I was so sensitive when first taking these. I started at 177 pounds before taking this product and I'm now at 168 pounds. I do work out a lot(and I mean A LOT), cardio and weight exercises. With my muscles getting bigger and stronger AND I still lost about 10 pounds within 6 weeks, I'd say the product definitely helped. My body fat was at 19% and just last night it's now at 13%. I don't really feel the boost in energy or anything when taking these pills anymore. However, I still feel the appetite suppressant working. I have not checked my blood pressure or anything else so I cannot comment on that.I am 5'8" and my goal weight is 150 pounds, so I still have 18 more pounds to lose. Realistically, I do not expect this product to help me lose 18 more pounds. It seems impossible to depend on just 1 product to help me lose a total of 27 pounds. I don't even know if it's possible for me to hit my target weight. I'm already at 13% body fat...it seems like there is no way to drop another 18 pounds with just 13% body fat left. If anything, I'd have to sacrifice muscle mass as well, which is not what I want to do.-------I bought this product and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Here are the pros and cons, hopefully they'll help you decide on if this is the right product for you. The product claims to help you lose weight, boosts your metabolism, reduces inflammation, improves your cholesterol levels, lowers your blood sugar, strengthens your immune system while having no side effects at all! Seems too good to be true? Maybe. I was only interested in the product for its advertised weight loss so I did not bother measuring my cholesterol and all that...sorry cannot help you there.You will get a completely honest review, however, keep in mind that everyone is different and that our bodies are not all the same. I may experience something that you wont experience, good or bad.Pros:- I definitely did notice my weight going down. I kept my diet and exercises the same and after 2 weeks, I've lost 6 pounds.- After taking 1 pill, I immediately feel more alert and focused after just 20 minutes.- The pills smell good and you definitely notice a hint of raspberry...especially when you burp within 1-2 hours of taking the pill.- Kicks in fairly fast, about 15-20 minutes for me.- Does suppress your appetite for a good 4-6 hours. However, do NOT go 6 hours without any food...you want to eat small portions once every 2 hours or so to keep your metabolism high. It's very important in the long run for your weight loss goal if you can keep your metabolism up. What I really like about these supplements is that I still do get hungry but I feel full after eating very little. This helps me achieve my goal of eating very small meals 6-7 times a day.- So far I have not noticed any permanent side effects. There is a temporary side effect which I will go over in the cons portion.Cons:- Temporarily makes me feel somewhat lightheaded for the first 20 minutes of taking it. This is very weird because I almost returned this product the first time I used it because of this side effect. After the initial 20 minutes, I feel more energized and alert. This side effect is starting to get better...I guess my body just wasn't used to this when I first took it.- It's actually written on the bottle that you may take "1 capsule after dinner to avoid late-night snacking." Don't do it. I could not sleep for a good 2-3 hours after taking it.Other notes:- The directions on the bottle pretty much states that you can take it whenever you want as long as you don't exceed 2 capsules per day. However, I notice that taking it on an empty stomach makes me feel more jittery. I strongly, STRONGLY recommend that you eat something VERY light, such as a small protein bar (not those crazy meal replacement bars that are about 500 calories each), a banana, a few nuts or anything along that line.- If you call NatureWise, you will receive another bottle for free...I'd say do it if you like the product.- Take anything with caffeine along with this product at your own risk. I don't feel very comfortable adding caffeine to this but that's your choice.

I recently start taking Nature wise product Raspberry Ketones Plus+ and svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract and I lost 10 lbs in that one month period. Product works great and help curb my appetite. Also notice I have more energy.

This supplement definitely suppresses your appetite. It seems to be effective for about 6+ hours. The jury is still out on weight loss. I will post an update on progress in a few weeks.

I lost 40 lbs

I've been using this product since early march and since then I've lost 40lbs and I'm not 400 pound person. I've always been in and out of the gym but I jumped up to 240 pounds and decided to cut back on wight a bit since I, not going to be in my 20's forever. I stared taking liporidex max and as of 6/5/13 I weight 199.2. Please keep in mind that I do workout so if you really want to drop pounds I recommend that you not only take this but you workout too.

I was a little hesitant to try this product because most of the products out there really don't curve the appetite. I was surprised when I first tried this product that it did exactly what it said it would do. Give me energy, suppress my appetite and not give me the jitters. I would recommend this product to anyone.

These supplements are a must!

This supplement really is amazing. It's made from all natural products and actually does what is says it will do, what more can you ask for? The improved focus and energy I get from the MAX version is crazy. I take as directed, eat a healthy breakfast and I literally have to remind myself to eat lunch. If you want to lose weight this will help you be able to cut calories. I combine with the PM version(which is incredible for eliminating late night cravings as well as enabling me to wake up with more energy). Do not consider other supplements, just get one or both of these products and you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I love HotRox Extreme. I gives us a little more edge on our weightloss program. Thanks to HotRox combined with Diet and exercise my husband has already lost 40 pounds. It's a great product. If you have a sensitive stomach though make sure you eat within 20 minutes of taking it or you will get sick. otherwise its fantastic.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Like an idiot I spent 70 something on two bodles. Iv been on them for two weeks and there crap. They don't speed you up like other pills they just make you sick every time you take them. Don't waste your money I eat right on them and I haven't lost a pound.

Product Description

Green coffee bean extract has been touted for its weight-loss benefits. How does it work?? Green coffee bean extract helps burn fat fast. Green coffee beans contain chlorogenic acids which is proven to help burn fat. Fatty acids get removed from the fat cells of the body for quick weight loss. Green coffee beans alter how glucose is absorbed and has an effect on digestion and the body's metabolic rate to speed up metabolism and increase energy and fat burning at a tremendous rate. Research has shown that Chlorogenic Acid is the active compound inside green coffee beans that is the key to weight loss. Chlorogenic acid has been shown to inhibit glucose-6-phosphatase, an enzyme that promotes the formation of glucose (sugar) in the liver. Studies have shown that chlorogenic acid may slow the absorption of fat from food intake and acts as an agent that activates metabolism of fat. Traditionally brewed coffee doesn't serve as a good source of chlorogenic acid as the roasting process removes a significant portion of the key chlorogenic acid component. The most recent study on green coffee bean was published in January 2012 in Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity. The researchers followed a group of 16 adults who supplemented with a special green coffee bean extract of chlorogenic acids at different dosages (either 700 or 1050 milligrams per day) for 12 weeks. All 16 adults were considered overweight, as demonstrated by a BMI of greater than 25. The subjects lost an average of almost 18 pounds - this was 10% of their overall body weight and 4.4% of their overall body fat.

I have been taking this product for several weeks in conjunction with Advantage Garcinia. As I stated in my review of Advantage Garcinia, I have lost 8 pounds and am more motivated to keep exercising and make better food choices.
