I LOVE this patch! I haven't lost much weight, but I've lost inches, which is more important to me. They say that happens because of the way it works. You keep your muscles but you lose the fat. Since muscle weighs more than fat, you don't lose AS MUCH actual weight. I lost 2.5 pounds and 4 INCHES in 2 weeks and still losing! I have tons of energy and have to practically make myself eat. It totally curbs your appetite. The best part is that it really is all natural and not packed with 30 different ingredients....no racing heart and not just water loss! I usually don't write reviews, but this stuff works so I'm taking the time so others can benefit from it!

The second day I wore this patch, my appetite and carb cravings went way down, about in half. I noticed I was sleeping better and more soundly. I lost 12 pounds of belly fat and an inch from my waist in 3 months. I can see ribs again and even some abdominal muscle, wow! I feel great when I wear this patch! I have friends losing inches and fat as well with this Patch.

I tried it for a week and shared it with 2 friends and we ALL had the same opinion and results- A gimmick...a waste of money.. and ZERO results...DID NOT CURB OUR APPETITE ONE BIT !!!!
