LIPO-6 UNLIMITED Directions
This product offers the advantage of individualized dosing. Start off with only 1 liquid capsule in the morning and 1 liquid capsule in the afternoon on your first day. Depending on your individual needs you can chose to increase the dosage to 2 liquid capsules per serving. Some people will prefer 1 capsule per serving whereas others may opt for a 2 capsule serving. DO NOT EXCEED 4 LIQUID CAPSULES PER DAY. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For optimum effects take 30-60 minutes before a meal.
Each bottle houses a full 30-60 day supply depending on which individualized dosing regimen you opt for.

I found this product to be very sufficient to my needs. Like a lot of these types of product, it has a variety of different effects with different people. For me, Lipo 6 gave me great energy. I wasn't jittery, and it wasn't a huge rush of energy. It was very natural feeling. It definitely suppressed my appetite and helped me shed my fat. I only take 2 a day, sometimes one, also depending on what my eating schedule will look like that day. All in all, this was a good product for me. Maybe this will have different and adverse effects for you, I don't know. GNC might have some sample packets or you can find them somewhere online I am sure. Plus it's only like 20 dollars here, so buy it and try it yourself if you're really serious about losing weight.

I gues nothing beat the prescriptions that doctors give, but the burst of energy really helps right before a workout.

Now I have tried an energy booster that I really like. If you know much about low-carb dieting, you know that it doesn't leave you much energy for working out. I love to run, so this has been a huge bummer for me. However, when I take lipo-6, I definitely feel a surge of energy and desire to use that energy in a productive way, whether its going for a run or sparring with my boyfriend :) It also gives me a happy, life-is-so-good feeling that further puts me in the mood for being active. Sometimes I still don't have a lot of energy and running for more than a couple of miles is out of the question... but I'm still excited to go out for a walk around the block and feel good about accomplishing even that level of exercise.
