Only 125mg of Rasberry Ketone in These

This manufacturer didn't think eliminating PERTINENT INFORMATION from their description would be detrimental. Also, they didn't think it necessary to list THE OTHER INGREDIENTS. Well, here they are:- dicalcium phosphate- microcrystaline cellulose- stearic acid- croscarmellose sodium- film coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, macrogol)- magnesium stearate- silica

Dont bother

I have been using these for about a month. Hasn't done one thing. All I can say is don't bother. Not sure y dr oz was promoting raspberry ketones unless he had another brand in mind. Cause this hasn't done a thing for me.

Surprisingly Helpful!

I picked this up at Sam's Club looking for something to give me some energy sans caffeine or anything else that would raise my heartrate. The first few days, I took one with lunch and dinner. I changed nothing else. I noticed an increase in my energy level after just a few days. I then went to taking one with each meal (breakfast, small lunch, and dinner). I noticed that not only was the increased energy still there, but I was not even hungry for seconds or even in between snacks during the day. the craving was completely gone and I actually felt full. Considering that I usually snacked at least 3 times between meals, snacks & drinks at bedtime and had seconds at dinner; to not even crave anything is such a change! While I don't have the free time to exercise, having the energy to do more around the house is helping burn some calories. I may not lose "weight" but I can see myself losing inches. :)
