The Stuff does work!

Pure Citrimax works for me for the following reasons:1. It is not mixed with massive ammounts of stimulants like caffeine, guarana or ephedrine. That means speciffically that it won't affect my moods or my sleep. Also, does not contain chromium, which can interfere with insulin. No side effects, period!2. It does help maintain healthy weight. This is not a rapid weight lossproduct, but I would say you can loose about seven pounds per month. Rapid weight loss is not healthy!3. It is also a mild appetite suppressant so it helps me eat more sensibly.Just keep in mind that using any diet product should not be used as an excuse or reason to not exercise or eat a balanced diet!!!C.P.

The lower dosage in this product works for me in keeping my weight down. When the Vitamin Shoppe stopped carrying this, I tried the more available higher dosages, but they don't do it. So I'm happy to have found this item, and once again, I find it keeps my appetite in check by somehow making me more selective about what I eat.

better than expected

I've had great results with this product, my appetite has really diminished when I take it. It's a little hard for me to remember totake it a half hour before eating, but I'm getting better at that. The fact is when I do remember to take it I eat half of my normal meal, halfway thru I'm just not hungry anymore. It curbs my appetite more than anything else I've tried. I've got this on subscribe and save I like it so much. Definite thumbs up, 5 stars from me.
