These work but not because of them magically shaving off your fat. NO!Read on.Rats have been tested to lose weight with this. Human have to eat 7g per day to lose weight like rats in experiment. I eat around 2.5 to 3g per day with my weight loss diet. This product Razberi-K 500mg 60caps for $9.99 is the cheapest form of Razberi-K I have found. But I wish these were cheaper with the pure Razberi K brand, I want a 1g pill cheaper than this one. Raspberry Ketones are cheap stuff, pounds cost not more than a few dollars in the industry. I wish some company would market them cheaper in free powder form and which is also food grade pure.The way these are supposed to work is by increasing secretion of Adiponectin which is a fat metabolism hormone. More Ketones/Adiponectin = more Lipolysis which means "breakdown of fats into free fatty acids" = making fats easily available for energy. The benefit of Lipolysis is your hunger is curbed. Which means you can eat less and less and still feel alright energywise, no hunger or hunger induced fatigue. And secret to weightloss is not working out or supplements, But Portion-Calorie control. (Google "Now Loss Diet")I eat 5-6 meals a day and each meal I am restricting to as less as 150 calories or less. I use a measuring scale like "American Weigh Blade-1KG" to correctly measure and cook food to a certain amount of calories, say 1500 calories, enough for 2 days. Then I divide this food into 8 meals each about 150 to 200 calories. I eat an extra 8g protein (whey /casein) with each of my meals. Total calorie intake per day = 800 or lesser is my aim, but it can go to 1100 with all protein. And Raspberry Ketones really really help to feel good / alright/ balanced / not hungry.I eat every 3 hours, using an alarm clock to keep timing. I pop a 500mg ketones pill every 3 hours between meals (1.5 hrs before my next 3rd hour meal), to a total of 6 pills per day or 3g total a day. And I can feel my fats lipolysis-ing, like they are readily helping me energise myself instead of using carbs or sugar etc from an increased amount of food. I can even water-fast an entire day sometimes with Ketones helping me, if am not doing any serious work during that day.I also eat Kelp(iodine), Caffeine, Vitamin B12, Acetyl Carnitine, 7-Keto DHEA and Coleus Forskohlii pills every day morning to help in Lipolysis/ metabolism and exercise high intensity 10-20 minutes every day morning. Other pills to help would be L-Phenylalanine and L-Tryptophan for mood support though I dont take it nowadays.I hope to lose atleast 5 pounds per week if not 10 pounds/week because I believe if I can control my cravings to eat junk food, it is possible.Side Effects:Drink a lot lot water, Ketones will make you crave water. Lack of water = headache.Other than that, none for me. I have experience with taking a wide variety of supplements for over 6 years and so I am trained or well adjusted and raspberry ketones are one of the most harmless things I have come across. I dont take any drugs or medicines, I usually dont have any health problems, I use psyllium fiber a few times a week to clean my digestive system.With Fasting/Less food I do get negative thoughts sometimes but that is unrelated.So far I lost around 10 pounds in 2 weeks with this regimen but I cheated and got myself a few cheese pizzas.
