I've been buying Chitosan for over a year & it works amazing, if you're curious like i was i found out it absorbs about 50 grams of carbs. It's a nice way to treat yourself and not worry about it going to your gut or hips.

I was very excited to receive my Chitosan in the mail; couldn't wait to get started. I took two in the morning before breakfast and two in the afternoon before dinner. I lost about 2.5 pounds in two weeks. I was expecting to lose more, but I guess this is the healthy way to lose weight. I can say that it did make me feel fuller faster.

You won't believe this, and that's okay. But if you have elevated cholesterol and are taking a prescription med. for it, then you are missing out.A friend told me that this stuff reduces cholesterol and helped her drop a couple of pounds. I decided to try it. Within two months, my doctor told me that I didn't need the prescription at all and to keep on taking the Chitosan. My blood test show "awesome" on all levels, so here I am, a year later...still taking this great product. The 1000 mg. twice each day is the way I do it. It is also, FYI, a fat blocker. Try it, you have nothing to lose. NOTE: This is NOT a diet pill. It is a fat blocker.
