I am using 7-Keto as part of a weight loss program that includes a low carbohydrate diet and exercise. Before using the product, I saw an average weight loss of a pound a week. With the product, I am averaging two pounds of weight loss each week. I would recommend the product to anyone who wants to try us it as a supplement with a sensible diet and exercise program.

I've heard that any product that increases metabolism will raise your heart rate. I'm 66 and overweight and out of shape and I took 100 mg twice a day at first. After only 3 days I was having heart palpitations. I then quit it and that afternoon almost fainted from low blood pressure. I'm now taking only 50 mg/day and still have a little heart pounding during the night. Will have to wait and see if I lose weight. Just a warning to be careful with this.

Healthfood stores in my area way overprice 7-Keto and the mg level is lower as well. Great price for this product!!
