After hearing about pure green coffee extract on Dr. Oz (not that I even really watch the show that much), I decided to try it. Truthfully before buying this product I found a lot of scam websites saying it was the brand Dr. Oz recommended so I stayed away from those brands. In fact, Dr. Oz never recommends brands and only recommended the actual green coffee gca product, the dosage (800 mg) with water 30 min. before meals and that it be 100% pure without fillers or artificial ingredients.Anyways I found this green coffee gca by Pure Source Health, a brand I am familiar with, and it seems they are just stating the facts without any gimmicks.After a few days of taking the supplement as directed (with 8 0z. of water about 30 min. prior to meals) I felt an extra energy boost and did not have as many cravings during the day or evening. In just a few weeks I have lost 6 lbs. of extra body fat.Best of all I have lost the weight with NO change to my diet and NO excercise routine. I am thinking of speeding up the process by getting to the gym a few times each week, but so far my only exercise to is remember to take the pill 30 minutes prior to eating which has been easy to do when I realized the results I was getting.I am very impressed to say the least; but results vary for everyone depending on your unique body.I have recommended to my friends and anyone serious about losing weight

I have done plenty of research on Green Coffee GCA and wanted to say the research, proven clinical studies and Dr Oz television broadcast sold me on this product in the first place. I was extremely skeptical and very weary at first as I saw a myriad of other copy cat fly by night companies making the same product so I made sure to read reviews and was encouraged when a friend sent me a bottle as a gift after they had tried the same product and had good results. It's from this same company Pure Source Health.To be honest I'm not very scientific and am not sure how the pills work exactly, but from my experience it is clear that since you take it 30 mins before eating, it helps jumpstart your metabolism and transforms your body into a fat burning furnace. I did notice after about the 5th day that I had a decreased appetite and found myself less hungry and not searching around in the kitchen cabinet, a bad habit I've only yet been able to break. Although I know it's been said that you don't have to change your diet or exercise routine necessarily to see results, but I am adding in exercise since I want maximum weight loss so I can be slim again. But even with eating all the normal junk fast food and burgers or pizza, still, any drop in weight for me is a sign that something is different and getting better. Especially in such a short time this is not normal for me and I am no stranger to fat burners or diet tricks. I am giving 5 stars because I had no buzz or crash with jittery side effects like I've experienced with other supplements, no bad after tastes, and have lost weight successfully so far (fingers crossed it keeps up). So, no complaints and it delivered. Not everyone may have the same awesome results as me, but after so long with nothing working, I had nothing to lose. Good luck everyone!!***UPDATE***May 24th - I have lost and maintained the loss of 14 pounds. I was 160 and am now 146. My biggest problem is trying to remember to take the vegetable capsules before meals but even at 146 I'm absolutely thrilled and could not be happier! I am ECSTATIC to have found something that works for me and is all natural with credible research backing it, especially since I sit behind a desk for 8-10 hours each day and I'll be luck if I ever get to the gym. The extra metabolism boost is what I needed after all I guess.Anyways, it worked for me and I have shared it will any of my friends who are serious about losing weight.
