I was curious about Raspberry Ketones when I heard about them. When I found that a co-worker was using them and loving it, I figured I'd try them out. I already was taking apple cider vinegar pills and L-carnitine and was thinking about reservatrol. This blend seemed to be a cocktail of what I wanted to take and less pills! That also means less $$. You obviously get what you pay for, so I'm sure its not as great quality as my Usana but I am still taking my daily vitamins from Usana so this is just an add on. I have been taking care of myself eating right and exercising. So no, nothing works miracles but it can help if you're willing to do the work. So if you're looking to not change your diet or work out, then you might want to consider liposuction instead of a pill.I had good energy, retained less water and felt it kicked up my workouts due to more sweating. I attribute it to the caffeine from the green tea and chromium. I have lost 15 pounds and ever since I ran out I have started having naughty cravings. I couldn't think of why then I realized I was out of my pills. Kinda impressed me. I'm buying a new bottle now to kick out the last 15 pounds! :) Here goes...to a healthy life! :)

I have not experienced the bloating as others have mentioned, and I am prone to bloating. Especially since Konjac Root/Glucamanon is in this product (an expanding fiber). I make sure I consume half my body weight in ounces of water a day. I have lost 3 lbs since I have been on it. I would recommend this over a Raspberry Ketone that is just Raspberry Ketone.

Since taking the Dynamic Health - Raspberry Ketones Complete I have been lost an extra 8 lbs. I started out weighing 205 lbs. about 9 months ago. I changed my diet, cut out meat and reduced dairy from my diet. I dropped to 178 lbs. I seemed to have reached a plateau. A friend of mine saw something on TV about a similar product to this and recommends I try. I have taken it for 1 month now and I'm steadily losing weight weekly. I'm down to a healthy weight of 170 lbs. I am 6ft 1in male.
