This product is great to have when you are on the go. All you need is water to add to the snack! I leave one in my car, at work and at home. It's so convenient! It's the perfect amount of food to keep my hunger in check. I love to have one before the gym too!

Eating every few hours and eating the right foods can leave you feeling like you are missing out. At times I have wanted something sweet after dinner without sinking my hard work and dedication. This product does the trick. It is tasty, sweet and filling. Bonus points for portability!
