I have most likely suffered from PCOS for my entire life, however I was only diagnosed a few years ago when my husband and I began to try and have children unsuccessfully. The specialist told me that the two or three periods per year that I had asked other doctors about was not normal like they claimed, but part of my symptoms. In addition, I began to have unexpected significant weight gain- about 40 lbs in three months, and was then unable to lose the weight. Trying the hormones they gave me to correct it made me moody, and though it partially worked, I was unable to keep a pregnancy longer than a few months.This system is not quick, but I have been losing weight, my blood sugar spikes (due to the insulin resistance that underlies PCOS) have dropped, I feel happier and more energetic, and it is my hope that as we begin to try again with the help of our fertility specialist to conceive, this time it may be more successful.One of the things I love about this program is that it is designed to work with you, whatever your other lifestyle choices are in regard to beating your PCOS. They give wonderful recommendations, but they allow for a combination of Western and Naturopathic treatments. They educate you on other symptoms associated with PCOS that may have an underlying cause. They discuss research on helpful nutritional supplements/choices. My 14 year old daughter was gaining so much weight for the pass 3 years, excess weight hair fatigue hair loss. finally the diagnosis came in April 2011 we found insulite my God grace. We told the doctors we were going to try holistic and we ordered directly from insulite on 05/20/2011 my daughter started we were blown away by the results by 06/17 about 4weeks un she had lost 13lbs dark insulin mark on her neck started to lighten up her energy levels returned her acne started to clear up. the excessive hair took a bit longer to control about 9 weeks to conquer.By week 10 she had lost 15 lbs went away for 9 days on a mission trip worked outside in 118 degree sun in Kentucky and did not complain once.We are so greatful for this product and this company for the wonderful work they are doing that we are asking her doctor to look in it for other patients use. when she went back 4 months later her doctor was surprise to see the progress and even said the birth control pills would not have done that in 4 months. I am glad I oedered this plan.the meal plans and pills and the exercise together works so well. We pray for your continued success.

This product really works, if you are dedicated enough to follow through with program. It takes some planning to figure out how to incorporate the pills into your schedule but it is possible. Before I started taking the PCOS System I had not had a menstrual cycle without the help of birth control pills in as long as could remember. I have been on the system for about a year at first 6 months to try it out. I started menstruating naturally without birth control after the third month and soon after my doctor had to cut my Metformin dose in half. I stopped because my mother passed away suddenly. And after about a month my cycle stopped, I waited a few months and I knew I needed to get back on the program. I have now been on it another 6 months and I feel great! My endocrinologist says that I am not as Insulin Resistant as I used to be. I have now been menstruating naturally again for three months, my acne is not a severe and I have a lot more energy. I hope to have my own children soon and that is the main goal of starting this program but getting healthy in the process is a fabulous bonus. It is a little expensive but aren't you worth it?
