Raspberry Ketones have been a staple of my routine for awhile. I first started taking them and had initial success but after awhile it tapered off and the routine didn't seem to be benefiting my weight loss anymore. My energy boost was still there though. As time went on though I found myself feeling energized later and later after my pill intake.My sister had been taking ketone powder too but takes green coffee bean extract with it in the morning for appetite control throughout the day. I can't find the brand she was taking but this one has Svetol in it too which is the most important ingredient to look for -Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Plus Capsules + FREE Raspberry Ketones Powder (Svetol GCBE (1 Bottles) + FREE Raspberry 25 Grams). I started taking them as well and I did notice a lot less hunger throughout the day versus just taking the ketones.

I was worried when ordering in because it boosts your metabolism which in a lot of cases means an elevated heart rate. I have had congestive heart failure when I gave birth to my daughter and the doctor warned me about taking things that would elevate my heart rate. The first time I just took one capsule afraid of the side effects and I had none - from there forward I been taking them as directed and I feel great. I have lost abou 2-3 inches of belly fat and I feel my body getting tighter although the scale only says I've lost 6 lbs. I feel like it is burning the fat before the real weight loss happens. I believe everyone that has excess fat definetly will benefit from it. Thank you!!!

I purchased this in July and when I was ready for a 2nd bottle I couldn't find it. Well its back up now and I'm glad it is. I've tried other raspberry ketone products and I've had the best results with this one. It is a better quality product.
