I have been casually following the various studies on Green Coffee Bean Extract and Raspberry Ketones, but had not taken the plunge to try one of these - then I saw this "2 in 1" product and thought I'd give it a try. It's terrific, I wish I had bought this earlier, I have a wedding reception to go to in 3 weeks and I can already tell my figure is slimmer as I have lost 8lbs in just 10 days. It's not been hard either, I just avoided the burgers and did nothing else any different really.

I have taken this product for 1 month and have lost 6-7 pounds on the scales (not a big deal). However, I am surprised and more excited to see how my belly has become noticeably smaller, especially the lower abdomen (under my belly button). Jeans that I couldn't get to zip and button, now do so without much effort. I have been eating a healthy balanced diet for about a year now without seeing any real weight loss so about 3 months ago I started walking 3 miles a day 3-4 times a week expecting to see some weight and fat loss from that, but nothing seemed to be working. I am 41, and they say it is harder to lose weight when you're over 40...I was starting to feel like I was doomed, but after seeing the results I have had with this product, I now know that I can get results and continue towards my goal of looking better and being healthy.

I had pretty much given up on supplements, I have tried quite a few - African mango, green tea, garcinia cambogia - nothing really seemed to work in any measure. Then my friend spotted this 2-in-1 product and I thought I'd try one last time. It actually works. I am as surprised as I am pleased. I have cut out on the obviously fatty stuff like croisants (yummy) and fries, but thats the only changes I've made to my diet. I am a lazy **** when it comes to exercise and have made the usual zero effort with any of that ... yet I have lost 8lbs over 3 weeks and 5 inches in total from my chest/waist/hips. Am gonna stick with this one for a while, now I'm getting good results for a change.
