This product is best used for the occasional pasta dinner, I think.When I started off using these pills, I used them occasionally and had good results with no side effects whatsoever. When I felt more comfortable with them, I started taking them twice daily. I'm terribly carb addicted, so foods like pizza, pasta, toast, and baked potatos are staples for me. Using Carb Intercept 2X daily caused painful constipation. Even with massive amounts of water and raisin bran, it took days for me to return to normal.The directions say "...take 2 capsules immediately before each of your starch-containing meals. Do not exceed more than 6 capsules per day." My advice is to take no more than 2 capsules daily at most. Be sure to drink a big glass of water with each dose, too

u must diet normally but i think my body has grown immune to it that i can no longer see a chnge in weight as when i first started taking the product and i lost 30 lbs...
