A lot of pills to take and conflicting info on the bottle but has helped with weight loss

I have tried many different supplements that contain garcinia cambogia. Most of them contain 60% HCA while this one claims to have 65% HCA. HCA is actually hydroxycitric acid. HCA has actually been shown to block fat by inhibiting the enzyme, citrate lyase, that your body uses to make fat from carohydrates. It also supresses appetite by increasing serotonin levels. Increasing serotonin is supposed to increase your mood and help with emotional eating.Even though on the front of the bottle it says it contains 65% HCA, the ingredients list on the back of the bottle says it contains only 50%. It does have a lot lf garcnia cambogia in ot compared to others I have tried. It contains 3000mg compared to the average 1600mg. But to achieve the 3000mg, you need to take 6 pills a day. That's a lot of pills to take! I already take enough medication for my allergies and asthma.I still gave this 3 stars because I did lose 5 pounds in the 2 weeks that I tried this. I did not add any exercise or dieting, just taking the garcinia cambogia. Your results may be different than mine because each person is different, but the seller needs to pick which amount of HCA is in the product. 65% or 50%?I got this product free for my honest review. This is my opinion after receiving and testing the product myself.

Great results with only a few days use.

Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract 500 mg, 180 veggie Capsules by BioRoseThis product has helped me to curb my appetitie and give me more energy. I work out at the gym regularly and I have more energy to do it. I have been using this product for several days now and I have lost several pounds. I like to try different weight lost products so you may see this one in future are another one - Mainly I like to try different weight loss stuff , I'am mainting my weight and eating less so far. After taking the pills, I have increased energy, alertness, focus, reduces cravings, and the strong desire to stick to my weight loss plan.After reading some of the reviews I purchase a 6 month supply my feeling were the reviews were contradicting and would have to see for myself.But for sure I have been eating less.I am so in love with the Garcinia Cambogia.This product will be a staple in my weight loss regime.Would prefer weight loss was a little quicker, but hey - any is good!I will buy this again. The price is great.

Works Miracles!

Over the last two months I've been taking green coffee bean extract along with raspberry ketones which was advertised as being a good complimentary supplement to take with green coffee bean pills -Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Plus Capsules + FREE Raspberry Ketones Powder (Svetol GCBE (1 Bottles) + FREE Raspberry 25 Grams). Skepticism got the best of me at first, but when I finally gave in and decided to cycle the two together I was very pleased. I noticed more energy and less cravings from the first day I started taking them and I did not experience any side effects either. In the past two months, I've lost 15 pounds and counting. These products have played a big part in helping me achieve my weight loss goals.

Chlorogenic acid and my lipids.

My doctor has been monitoring my triglyceride levels and I was approaching the 200 mark when my doctor commented they were beginning to get a bit high. He said he would need to check my levels again in a few months and if I went over 200 he would need to put me on a fibrate or other drugs. I started taking Green Coffee Bean after watching Dr Oz promote it for diet control and after three months I went back in for my follow up blood test. I had a triglyceride level of 157! The only thing I had done differently was add in green cofee bean. I was also watching what I was eating, but the doc said that the numbers were pretty profound and while he didn't like the idea of a supplement helping so much, he said that it would be hard to believe my change in diet affected the numbers so dramatically. I'm sold on this stuff, especially because I can't tolerate coffee; it gives me jitters.

Not a 1 month Supply

The product indicates you will receive a 1 month supply. You receive 1 bottle of 60 capsules. On the bottle it is suggested you take 2 capsules twice a day which total 4 capsules a day. At 4 capsules a day you only have a 15 day supply. This is false advertising if you ask me.

I lost 26 pounds already in spite of being on the pill!

I lost 26 pounds already with diet and exercise and this product. I do take other supplements with it though but this supplement really does work for weight loss. In addition to the fucoxanthin I take 2000 mg vit d3, 2400 mg calcium, 500 mg green tea extract, capsigen, raspberry ketone drops, rebody hunger caps, trans-resveratrol, 500 mg quercetin, kyolic aged garlic formula 104, alive once daily women's ultra potency multivitamins, and birth control pills which are junel-fe 1.5/30 tablets which have the highest amount of estradiol in them making it hard to lose weight but the fucoxanthin makes it easy to lose weight. I totally recommend this product. I still have 180 pounds to lose so i'll be on it for a while. Get this product it works!I have lost an additional 32.4 pounds while on Vitax fucoxanthin. I also only take vitax fucoxanthin, 2000 mg calcium, 1,000 mg vitamin c, dha capsules, prenatal vitamins, birth control pills, and 500 mg of green tea extract from The Vitamin Shoppe. All the other supplements I don't take them any more except for Hawaiian Spirulina when I can remember. I find taking less products makes me lose even more weight. Ladies, if you want a great diet that really works check out the June 10, 2013 edition of Women's World Magazine. The article is called "Get High School Skinny" the fucoxanthin weight loss appetite suppressant will help you stick to that diet just make sure you get plenty of exercise and drink plenty of water and you're good. I still have 147.6 pounds to lose so I'll be on Vitax fucoxanthin for a long while. Try it it works! LONG DELIVERY TIME

I would not have ordered this product had I known it was coming from China. The delivery time was very long. After hearing in the news that products like this coming from China may not be made correctly I am very leery of taking it.

Fat burner not a weight loss pill!

First, let me say that I wasn't happy with the product but I stuck with it. And thats important. It didn't really give me a boost of energy. I never felt any thermogenic factors from it and if anything, my appetite increased while on this product. So I was kind of pissed off. But it burned my fat off. I didn't work out all summer and I didn't eat great. I was active and I watched what I ate and supplemented with protein drinks and Aminolast and Blox but I didn't lift weights, I walked some but never jogged or ran. I started this product and I didn't lose weight like I do on say Hydroxycut or OxyElite Pro....BUT I lose considerable fat around my mid-section. This product is definitely part of my aresenal now! It does what it says. It targets the fat around your mid-section. The stubborn fat. You can't always judge by the scale and sometimes losing weight means you lost WATER or body waste. In this case, I lost fat...plain and simple. I HIGHLY recommend this. To add weight loss to the fat loss, I supplemented this with OxyElite Pro. I took 2 OxyElite's at 5:30am every morning. Then 1 at 10am before lunch. I took 1 MX-LS7 at 2pm and another at 5pm. OxyElite later in the day kept me from sleeping soundly. MX-LS7 had no effects on my sleeping at night at all. Its not like your normal fat burners. I read some reviews on here and if this makes your heart race or took away your hunger, stay away from Hydroxycut Hardcore because that could kill you! That makes my heart feel like its going to burst out of my chest. Anyway, all of this to say....try this...ride it out for the entire month...and don't watch the scale...watch your waist whittle away. My abs are visible and haven't been since I was in my 20s and I'm 44 now. This helped me get over that plateau and get rid of that last little bit of stomach and man boob that was hanging on.

I have been using this product for nearly 2 weeks, showed weight loss immediately, drink lots of water with it, i would recommend you try it. Gives you more energy, slight head and stomach ache but if you drink lots of water that helps.

This product does exactly what it is meant. This product is meant to be an enhancer to Herbalife's Formula 1, Formula 2, and Formula 3. When taken in conjunction with these you see results. My guess is if you combined this product with another diet and it didn't work it's the diets fault not Total Control. Total Control is meant for low calories diets to boost your metabolism and give you energy. Often times when you go on a low calorie diet your metabolism crashes and your energy levels decrease. What total control does is boost your metabolism by stimulating thermogensis and gives you energy with natural tea extracts. These teas are a natural caffeine so if you are sensitive to caffeine I do not recommend this product. I am sensitive to caffeine so I only take one a day and I take it in the morning to replace my coffee that I use to drink religiously. I also take Herbalife's core weight management products. Before I began Herbalife I lost 90 lbs and I started with Herbalife to lose my last 10-15 lbs. With watching my diet and exercising regularly I'd be lucky to lose 1 lbs a week. But with these products I've lost 2 lbs a week and have more energy than I've ever had. I suggest if you are going to take Herbalife that you consult with an herbalife distributor. I also recommend Snack Defense which helps beat those carb cravings, Keeps your blood sugar (already within normal range) and insulin level which helps promote a feeling of fullness longer. Also to that person that said this product made them feel sick, my guess is it was too much caffeine for you. You could have A) cut the dosage down to once or twice a day or B) contacted your herbalife distributor and gotten your money back. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee like GNC.

Have ordered this product off and on for the last several years. It seems to really help me with energy, dieting and exercise.I seem to get sicknesses like the flu less too.
