This is an excellent appetite suppressant. If you're looking for something to help you eat less, thereby losing more weight, this is THE product. (I was skeptical at first.) I take it on an empty stomach a couple of hours before breakfast, and have noticed far less appetite, and a need for smaller meals spaced throughout the day. Not really sure how much of a fat burner it is, and I suspect that other formulations of this product by other companies incorporate ingredients like coffee bean extract, to enhance the ketones. But I prefer this product plain - just raspberry ketones - because it contains no "energy" ingredients, which can sometimes make me jittery and mess with my sleep. This product allows me to use energizing fat burners solely as a workout supplement.Get ready to feel fuller faster and spend less money on food. I noticed an immediate effect - this does NOT take long to kick in.

I have been taking Raspberry Keytones for more than six months from another brand, so I am familiar with how it works and what to look for. While I do have mild high blood pressure, it has not adversely affected it. When you look for Raspberry Keytones, it seems there is an overwhelming selection of products. A good quality product should be pure, many options mix keytones with other ingredients or as a combo. For me to really work, I want a pure formulation. This product has the purest mix, I have seen. Just the Raspberry Keytones and capsule that holds the mix. The product I have been using is not as pure, containing added ingredients. If you don't have a lot of weight to lose, a smaller dose is fine. If you are heavier, a larger dose is needed. Raspberry Keytones are an antioxidant, similar to Vitamin E. I prefer it because while some may call it a diet product, it is more like a vitamin. The keytones help to break up fat and make it easier to help the body shed pounds. That being said, it changes the metabolism, since you burn more fat. I started with two 100MG tabs twice a day with meals over six months ago. Since my pills were 100MG I gradually increased them to several pills twice a day. This product is THE BEST KEYTONE MIX! The PURE FORMULATION IS OUTSTANDING! I have seen better results from using this in two weeks. The directions for this say to take two pills before meals at breakfast and lunch. This I think is a bit high, and for me, I know to take it with food. I am taking one pill (250MG) twice a day. with the two meals I eat a day, brunch/lunch and dinner. I have two good meals. Light lunch and snacking does not work (for me) when taking Raspberry Keytones, you need food (counter intuitive I know) to feed that energy. I drink a lot of water, cut out the soda and eat more fruits and vegetables. Now many of you may wonder what really makes this product work? The KEY IS EXERCISE. While you can take it and it will burn fat, the real value of using Raspberry Keytones is combining it with exercise. You will really burn more fat and feel it. I started with two days at the gym and recently added a third after I started using this product. I have felt the difference. The clothes are getting looser and I feel much better. I will be staying with this formula, it works. You don't have to join a gym (my gym emphasizes not to weigh yourself), but keep a steady pace and judge by how your clothes fit. Take a walk, ride a bike, get out and get active. EXERCISE AND RASPBERRY KEYTONES, A POTENT MIX FOR SHEDDING THE POUNDS. It provides more energy and for heavier gal, I can stay on a treadmill for over 30 minutes and not be short of breath. I don't intend on being heavier much longer. The healthier you get the better the lower the blood pressure. This is especially true for people of color. I combine this with 30 minutes of strength training for a one hour workout and this pure formulation for an effective healthy routine. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. It is pure and effective and works. Take this and get some exercise and you will be shedding those pounds. ive lost 60 pounds since january. no one is saying this is a MIRACLE pill. Before I started taking it in conjunction with a low calorie but healthy diet and light exercise, I was only loosing about 1 pound a week. After I started using it, I was consistently losing almost 3 a week. It may be a fluke, but I believe it helped speed up my metabolism. But no, if you think taking this all the while eating big macs will help you lose weight, IT WONT.
