Eating better is easier when I am taking green coffee bean extract.

I have tried several weight loss products to help me lose weight and get in better shape. Green Coffee Bean Extract gives a lasting energy boost and keeps my metabolism going strong. Surprisingly, I don't have cravings for second lunch and late night snacks.I am down two inches off my waste and looking forward to dropping a few more sizes. ;)

I have been trying to lose weight for a long time and I tried different dietary pills before, without success. With this product I already lost a few pounds in a few days, so I must say this is a first. Finger crossed. And no diet change or exercise, I hate going to the gym anyway.

The other form is photo-oxidation, due to light.Just realized this product is packaged in a specific color of plastic bottle that blocks the most harmful light rays.Harmful, meaning the specific wavelength of light which causes most photo-oxidation.This is just an added perk... and... still rates another star.* 1 star for dark bottle.2013-06-21: First impressions. I'd give 6 stars if I could.Green Coffee Bean Extract Pure with GCA Natural Weight Loss Supplement 800mg surprised me.Running Radical Health + Sun Fire Super Foods, I test + vet a large number of products every year.Rarely do I come a cross a product that wows me. Especially an encapsulated product. Most vendors use cheap plastic that flows air like your window screens. Even if you have a great product in a bottle, if your plastic bottle is permeable (allows air inside) then the contents will oxidize (rust) and loose potency quickly.This product uses #1 PETE plastic. The best, most expensive plastic money can buy. PETE blocks air almost as well as glass. It won't break if you drop it. It won't break in shipping. Also the carbon footprint (how much oil is required) to produce + ship (plastic weighs less than glass) + recycle PETE is far less than glass (which requires massive heat to product + recycle + ship, because it's heavy).* 1 Star for best freshness of product in the bottle!Second, I look at type of capsule. Most are gelatin. Folks this means ground up cow hooves, cartilage and bone. If you're vegan, gel caps are off you menu. Even if you're a animal eater, if you eat gelatin along with any botanical (plant) material, different enzymes are required to digest gelatin (animal protein) and botanicals (plant based poly-peptides - proteins). The two types of enzymes are antagonists. If they are excreted together, then tend to neutralize each other. So even if you're an animal eater (which includes flesh, fish, fowl, dairy, eggs) you'll still get better effect from botanical material in vege caps.This product uses the far more expensive vege caps than mystery cadaver gelatin caps.* 1 Star for capsules which allow for best absorption of material in the capsule.No we get to the fillers + excipients... which by the way - "excipient" - is code for "You're crazy to eat this junk". Excipients are flowing agents. Almost every product in a capsule uses excipients. The most common + evil is Magnesium Stearate. Scan PubMed and you'll find all sorts of studies about Mag Stearate. Some of the perks you get from eating this drek (gnarly stuff) is blows up T-Cells on contact. T-Cells are your primary, first line of immune system function. No one, in their right mind, if they knew, would eat hand fulls of vitamins + supplements ever day with a substance that was systematically destroying their immune system. The other evil attribute of Mag Stearate is that it dramatically reduces nutrient uptake. I've written about this in excruciating detail elsewhere. The short of this is that Mag Stearate confuses the handoff of nutrients in your blood to tissue (cells) which require the nutrients. Very ugly.This product is 100% pure. I mean 100%. It's as if I designed this myself. No Mag Stearate. No fillers. No flowing agents.* 1 Star for product purity, meaning I'm willing to put this product in my mouthNow onto efficacy (strength). Specifically Green Coffee Bean extract requires a minimum of 44%-45% GCA (Chlorogenic Acid) to be effective. Here's the trick to knowing the difference between a good + useless Green Coffee Extract product. If they fail to list the specific amount of GCA in their product.This product is 50% CGA. Over threshold, which to me means the formulator actually understands the science of their product, which is much more rare than you'd imagine. They understand, so they erred on the high side of the CGA percentage to ensure every single person using their product will...Lose weight as fast as possible.* 1 Star for product strength, meaning it Green Coffee Extract is going to work for you, this percentage will ensure it works.Now for a caffeine toxicity test. I bet it's news to you that caffeine is an essential food-nutrient, if, and only if, it's in an adaptogenic state. Adaptogenic substances act based on sunlight interaction with your serotonin system. As the sun climbs (increasing light) Adaptogens support increased energy. As sun descends (decreasing light) Adaptogens support rest, then deep, continuous sleep.Here's the simple test... which I'm doing right now... which will require something like a Presto 04213 Electronic Digital Timer...1) Check your resting heart rate, by timing your pulse for a minute. Here goes... 80 beats per minute...2) Break open + dump a capsule of what your testing under your tongue... wait 60 seconds... test again... 80 beats per minute...No change in heart rate, which is perfect.
