Great tool for battling back against PCOS!

I have PCOS; it makes it VERY difficult to lose weight. Staying in my proper BMI is critical for me to feel great and have energy. I have gotten there with proper diet and exercise several times now. In the past treating myself like a diabetic shed the pounds and inches quickly. I seem to get pregnant every time my BMI gets to normal range. I had my last baby at 31. I have not been able to shed the weight since. That was over 2 years ago. No matter how severely I diet or how rigorous my exercise routine the best I've accomplished is not gaining weight. Blah! If most people worked this hard they'd be tiny! I finally got desperate enough to take the plunge into diet aides. I did my research, took a look at my wallet and decided to give Hydroxycut Advanced a try. WHEW! I am SO glad I did. After doing the "South Beach" diet to control my insulin levels and exercising regularly all summer long and only battling the same 2 pounds over and over again, I have now successfully beaten them down and added 5 more to them the first week on this stuff. 7 LBS the first WEEK! I am so excited! There is nothing worse than giving up breads and sweets and seeing NOTHING in return! I will definitely be finishing the bottle! I am doing the skinny dance all the way to my closet! I can't WAIT to reach in and pull out something other than fat clothes! This stuff is helping me reach my goals.

I first looked into Hydroxycut when a friend told me it was a great weight to maintain energy throughout the day and shed a couple of pounds. I first started taking it in late 2010. My first bottle lasted me quite awhile, because I was an on/off smoker and I didn't want to be popping these things while I was chugging cigarettes. While I was taking them, I would get a little a little shakey and I would stay wired for most of the day. My second bottle I purchased in May of 2011. At this point I was eating healthier and I had stopped smoking. With the healthier lifestyle, the shakiness turned into increased energy and decreased appetite throughout the day. I then added some biking into the equation. From late May until late July, I went from 210lbs to 170lbs with the combination of this supplement, increased activity, and healthier eating (the weight loss was so dramatic I had to buy new clothes every other week!). I decided to nix the pills and continue everything else. Around late August I stepped back on the scale and had actually gained a couple of pounds. I wasn't disappointed with the increased weight gain, but I knew then that the pills had definitely helped out.I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone that can't handle high doses of caffeine. Personally, the rush was great and I abused the pills as a hangover cure! However, I never went over the recommended dose and often took half of what you were supposed to (some days none at all). I think it's a great way to get started on a dieting/exercise program - it'll really give you the jump you need.Good luck.

I use this, creatin, and whey protein, of course with a work out plan. its works great to counter act the creatin and protein weight gain by losing fat. (the creatin and protein gains muscle, and of course muscle weights more than fat)I was able to lose 6 pounds within 6 days by running 5 miles a day and working out. within a month i was getting leaner in a lot of places and im hoping in another couple months ill see some nice cut muscle.But of course there is a down side.Drink alot of water. i need to drink about 20 bottles of the average size water bottle or else i dont feel right. but hey its good to drink water. (it recommend 8, but im also taking other supplements.)Highly recommended,
